SICPP - Apply

The application period is now open; the deadline for applications to be submitted is February 15. Upon acceptance, students will be required to register by April 15th.

Please click here to apply. Add the SICPP Application course to your cart, then create an account. (If you already have an account do not create a new one; log in with your existing account information.) Once your account is created (or you have logged in with an existing account) please follow the steps to apply and pay the application fee online via credit card. If you have application materials that cannot be submitted during the online component, please e-mail them to the following address:

Application Requirements

PERFORMANCE PROGRAM: CV/resume; a recording of any repertoire from the last 100 years (via mp3 or CD); letters of recommendation (strongly suggested); a list of any prospective chamber works you are interested in working on during SICPP (optional); a list of solo repertoire you would like to be considered for performance opportunities at SICPP

COMPOSITION/NEW WORKS PROGRAM: Bio/artist's statement; up to three works (for no more than 6 players, any instrumentation welcome) to be considered for performance at SICPP (both hard copies of scores and an emailed pdf required, recordings of performances if available); letters of recommendation (optional)

ELECTRONIC WORKSHOP: Bio/artist's statement; a specific proposal for a project/piece you would like to focus on throughout the week; and a link to an existing, online portfolio (please provide us with the exact URL in the space provided) OR a hard copy of your portfolio, mailed to the address above.

TUITION

Pianists: $700

Percussionists, Instrumentalists and Vocalists: $600

Auditors: $350

Composers: $800

Electronic workshop: $600

All of the above require a non-refundable $40 application fee.

Applicants will be notified of their acceptance.
Those not accepted as active participants are encouraged to enroll as auditors.
